इटारसी होम केवल संपत्ति खरीदारों, विक्रेताओं और एजेंटों को जोड़ने वाला एक ऑनलाइन मंच है। हम स्वयं किसी संपत्ति के स्वामी नहीं हैं। कृपया केवल सही एवं प्रामाणिक जानकारी ही पोस्ट करें। किसी भी फर्जी लिस्टिंग या भ्रामक पोस्ट पाए जाने पर उसे बिना पूर्व सूचना के हटा दिया जाएगा।

2. Listing & Content Guidelines
- Users posting properties must provide accurate photos, prices, addresses, and phone numbers.
- Posting fraudulent, offensive, misleading, or unauthorized property listings is strictly prohibited.
- Itarsi Homes reserves the right to review, edit, or delete any listing that violates community standards without notice.
3. Disclaimer of Real Estate Transactions
Itarsi Homes acts solely as a venue for buyers and sellers to discover real estate opportunities in Itarsi. We do not act as a legal real estate agency or escrow service. Users are strongly advised to physically verify legal land titles, property papers, and registry documents before making any monetary transactions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Itarsi Homes shall not be liable for any direct or indirect monetary loss, dispute, or damages arising out of property deals negotiated between buyers, sellers, or third-party brokers.
