रीफंड नीति संक्षेप में:
इटारसी होम पर मूलभूत संपत्ति सूचीकरण (Basic Property Listing) **100% निःशुल्क** है। यदि भविष्य में आप किसी **Featured Listing Banner / Promoted Tag** या B2B प्रीमियम सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए शुल्क का भुगतान करते हैं, तो सेवा सक्रिय होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर तकनीकी खराबी की स्थिति में रीफंड का दावा किया जा सकता है।
1. Free Core Services
Creating an account, browsing properties, and posting standard property listings on Itarsi Homes is completely free for individual buyers and property owners.
2. Paid Promotions & Subscriptions
For optional paid services such as Featured Property Pinning, Banner Ads, or Broker Monthly Packages:
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel a promotion request before it goes live on the platform for a 100% refund.
- Technical Failures: If a payment was deducted but the promotion failed to activate due to a technical server error, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Once a featured property promotion or ad banner has been successfully displayed live for more than 24 hours, the fees become non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
To request a refund, please send your Transaction ID, Registered Phone Number, and Property Listing ID to support@itarsihomes.dreamepoint.com.
