By accessing or using our mobile application or web portal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect information to provide better hyper-local real estate services to users in Itarsi city and surrounding areas:

• Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address provided during account registration, phone OTP verification, or property listing submission.
• Property Details & Media: Address, locality, pricing, photos, video walkthroughs, and seller descriptions provided when posting a property for sale or rent.
• Location Information: Coarse or fine device location (with your explicit permission) to display nearby property listings in Itarsi localities like Nyay Colony, Suraj Ganj, Overbridge Road, etc.
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, app usage statistics, FCM token for push notifications, and crash logs collected via Google Firebase services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To display property listings to prospective buyers and tenants in Itarsi.
• To enable direct communication (Call / WhatsApp) between property buyers, owners, and verified brokers.
• To send push notifications regarding price drops, inquiry alerts, and new matching properties via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• To verify listing authenticity and prevent spam, fraud, or duplicate real estate posts.

4. Firebase & Third-Party Services

Our platform leverages Google Firebase infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable performance:

• Firebase Authentication: Secure Phone OTP login.
• Cloud Firestore: Real-time property database.
• Firebase Storage: Secure cloud storage for property photos.
• reCAPTCHA Enterprise: Abuse prevention and bot protection.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertising companies.

5. User Data Rights & Account Deletion Request

You have full rights over your personal data. You can edit or delete your posted property listings directly inside the app or web portal.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated property data, please email us at itarsi.bharat@gmail.com or submit a request via our Contact Page. All user records will be erased within 7 business days.
